9th Annual
Train Tour to the Rugby test in Durban
From Johannesburg to Durban (return)
12th to 15th August 2011
Springbok rugby is at a high. We ARE currently the world champions and we must enjoy and foster it. This is the second last test before the 2011 World Cup in New Zealand. The Boks need our support to maintain and uphold it. Join us and 52 000 other rugby supporters and see how the Boks 'do it'. To watch rugby at the Kings Park Stadium in Durban is a good experience. It is one of the best test stadiums in the world. All seats have a good view and one sits close to the field. The atmosphere is "electrifying"!
Join us on this train tour from Johannesburg to Durban, hosted annually by JB Train Tours. The tour is designed to be "compact" so that passengers do not have to be away from home for too long BUT you are definitely going to enjoy comfort, safety and it will be worth your money. You don’t even need to take a day’s leave from work
You’ll be travelling on the traditional Trans Natal Tourist Class train. We have space for only 60 passengers. 24 Places have been sold prior to announcement of the tour! Many of our rugby passengers are regular clients.
It is very popular with groups, clubs and companies alike.PS We host various other train tours like Holiday: Namibia, Namaqualand Flowers, Garden Route, Cape Town, Cherry Festival, Motorbike-on-Train Tour to Cape Town, etc. Sport: Comrades & Two Oceans marathons, Argus & Amashova Cycle Races, Rugby; Art & Music Festivals: KKNK (Oudtshoorn), ‘Innibos’ (Nelspruit) & Jazz festival (Cape Town), Huisgenoot Skouspel (Sun City), etc.; Ad Hoc: product launches, conferences, school, church tours any many more
(Join the guys and girls on this tour and send ‘mother in law’ on the Namaqualand Flowers train tour in August or on one of our other enjoyable train tours.)
There are various ways to travel to Durban. We want to introduce you to another enjoyable way (if you haven’t done it before) – go by train!
There are no worries about accommodation, increasing petrol prices (again!), tollgates (at least 5 of them in one-way), speeding fines, flat tyres, broken cars, etc. Who is any way in the mood to drive home after a day’s rugby – late at night?
We take all the hassle out of your hands. Just travel with us. BOOK NOW!
The match tickets are guaranteed. (Unfortunately we don’t know yet where the seats are, because the tickets are only made available closer to the date).Who may go
Any person who wants to enjoy the game and train tour: Dad, mom, grandpa, the children, neighbour, friends etc.
