It appears that legendary singer and performer Neil Diamond’s http://www.neildiamond.com/ visit to South Africa in 2011 has conquered the country by storm! He will be hosting four shows in South Africa (Jo’burg, Durban, PE & Cape Town) in April 2011. Our company was fortunate to secure a number of tickets to be able to host affordable bus tour packages to this once-off show at the 2010 Soccer World Cup Soccer City, now again called FNB stadium

Join us on one of our bus tour packages to this unique event. Board the bus, enjoy a snack, make friends, ride to the stadium, attend the show and go home safely afterwards. No driving, getting lost or stuck in the traffic, looking for parking or worrying about your car.

This tour will be hosted in a similar way as we normally do with the annual Huisgenoot Skouspel to Sun City over the past seven years. In 2010 we hosted by bus trips close to 900 people to the latter event.

This tour could be a work, group, club, church, friends, etc. function. This is a once-off occasion in South Africa and the Jo’burg event is serving the whole of Gauteng, Limpopo, North West, Mpumalanga and Free State provinces. DON’T missit!

Deposit

A R500 per person non-refundable deposit will secure your place. The balance needs to be paid by latest 6 weeks before departure date. I.e.: 19 February 2011. if not paid, your place would be cancelled automatically. You are welcome to do a once-off payment as well.

Who may go

Any person who would like to be part of this once-off huge event of one of the icons of music over the past number of decades. Many women and children travel with us on similar tours to other events. It is safe, affordble, comfortable and fun.

This tour will be very similar to the very popular tours we’ve been hosting to the annual Huisgenoot Skouspel at Sun City for the past seven years.

Included in the tour price

Return bus trip to the FNB stadium by luxury bus, light snacks on the bus, Entry Ticket to the Show, a gift, safe parking & parking fees at the departure point, bus parking at stadium and guide.

Excluded

Any other expenses at the show, meals, Insurance if the show is to be cancelled or anything not mentioned in the Info Doc.

Safe Parking

Safe parking will be available at the schools mentioned above. The gates will be locked whilst the buses are away and car guards will take care.

Show tickets

We were fortunate to secure a group booking in Block 142 in the stadium. (See stadium map attached). It is just off-centre with unspoiled views of the stage.

We have a few ‘loose tickets’ available for those people who tried to book (too late) at Computicket and would like to travel by means of own transport. It is R550 per ticket. Contact us for delivery.

Meals

No meals are included in the tour package. You may bring some ‘padkos’ along (though not allowed in the stadium). There would be vendors at the stadium, selling food and drinks. NO alcohol would be allowed inside the bus. (Don’t even try to sneak it in! You’ll leave it behind red faced).

Bookings

Please complete the Booking Form (attached) and send it to us today with your Bank Deposit slip or EFT Proof of Payment to: 086 687 7344 (F) OR 011 913 0552 (F). Do your booking NOW. Do NOT wait until next year. “First come, first served”.

We do not limit the number of places you’d like to book, hence groups are welcome. However, your place is only secured once we’ve received your Booking Form and Proof of Payment. Maximum 44 people per bus. If you book  a complete (whole) bus, we can collect you at your place of departure (in Gauteng). (Ideal for corporates, clubs, etc.)

Your booking will be confirmed in writing.        

Please note that your money is NOT refundable, but may be carried over to someone else with the consent of the organisers.

NO telephonic bookings are done.

Note

NO cooler boxes inside the bus. Space does not allow it.

Remember to take some clothing for possible rain and cold.
